Time to Heal, Worthy Minute 11.9.2020

Over the weekend, all across the media spectrum was a ‘call to heal’. Amazingly, Joe Biden’s speech didn’t inspire such healing in the media and the rallies that followed. The rhetoric from all sides has inspired more significant divisions than we’ve ever seen.

I posted a video compilation of various videos across the United States.

Did you notice, there was no widespread destruction at the hands of the right-wing activists?

If this is the culture that is the result of Biden WINNING, what will be the result if it is discovered he lost?

The media’s attempt to suddenly bring peace and healing is disingenuous at best.

Megyn Kelly on Twitter said this, “the vitriol went well beyond Trump-some 70m ppl have been called vile, bigots, racists & xenophobes & are now being threatened w/being put on target “lists” as punishment for supporting him. They’ve been demonized by the very ppl now sanctimoniously demanding “civility.”

In response to this, Mollie Hemmingway said, “the behavior of some prominent people on the left is downright toxic and abusive. If a woman you know were being horrifically abused and then told to make peace with her abuser, you’d recognize it as such.”

I believe these two ladies have succinctly capsulized the understanding of what most Americans feel after years of #MSM abuse.

By the way, Mollie posted a great piece on The Federalist. Very eye-opening commentary last night. [ https://worthylinks.com/4oQ ]

Let’s face reality. We have a job to do in these unsettling times, to be ministers of reconciliation! How do we, as believers, respond to our enemies? If he is hungry — feed him. If he is thirsty — give him something to drink. And in doing so, we’re placing coals on his head! [ Romans 12:10 — https://worthy.bible/bible/parallel/romans/12/20 ]

I realize there are a significant number of people on edge! Words of advice from our Lord.

Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Don’t be anxious! Learn to read between the LINES … what did the President do for the past two days? He went GOLFING! Does that sound like Trump? Seriously … think about it!

In the art of WAR … Sun Tzu said this, “Engage people with what they expect; it is what they are able to discern and confirms their projections. It settles them into predictable patterns of response, occupying their minds while you wait for the extraordinary moment — that which they cannot anticipate.”

He also said, “All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near.”

It’s a HIDDEN WAR being waged … Be at PEACE … SEEK THE KINGDOM!
